Learn what D, I, S, and C represent and the common traits associated with each style. You’ll also learn how to read and interpret a PeopleKeys DISC report. A person’s score only tells you part of the story. Learn how to move beyond the score to gain a deeper understanding of your candidate.
Part 2: Validate the DISC
The most useful part of the DISC process is discussing the results with your candidate. While these reports are highly accurate, no assessment is 100% on point, and you should always validate the results with the test taker. In this section, you’ll watch a DISC validation in action and learn how to dive deeper into the report with your candidate to uncover information that you never would have thought to ask in a typical interview.
