Isn't There a Free Version?
Yes, there is but in our 10+ years of experience using the DISC in our recruiting practice, we haven't found a free version that is as accurate as this one.
Through our partnership with PeopleKeys we are able to offer the DISC assessment at a discount from the retail price. For $50, you can complete the DISC assessment yourself or order it for a candidate. Use it as a tool to gain self-awareness, or give the assessment to your team to foster greater understanding and communication within the group.
