Who Is It For?

Guided Search is the best solution for mid-level or virtual assistant searches. It is not recommended for senior-level roles because it does not include the active recruiting of passive candidates, nor does it include a guarantee period. For complex and senior roles, we recommend Retained Search. 

What Does It Include?

Your Guided Search Launch fee includes:

Your retainer fee covers all administrative and consulting time our recruiters dedicate to your search. Your Hiring Consultant will offer recommendations and guidance, "how-to guides" for each phase of the interview process, schedule interviews on your behalf, and push the process forward when necessary. They are your coach, cheerleader, and guide through the hiring process.

This fee includes:

1. 45-minute strategy session and custom written job ad
2. Review of all incoming resumes
3. All Hire LAB Course materials to guide you through your role in the interview and onboarding process.
4. FCRA and Employment Application plus the compliant collection of reference contact information.
5. Drafting the candidate's offer letter and presentation to the candidate.
6. If your first hire doesn't make it to their 90th day of employment, you may continue your search without paying a new retainer fee as long as there are no significant changes to the job description.

This fee does not include job posting fees. Your Hiring Consultant will recommend the job boards best suited for your search.
 

Note: all other services such as resume review, phone or video interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer letter construction, and background checks are billed separately.
