Guided Search blends the best of the hands-on guidance and ongoing support enjoyed by our retained search clients, with the flexibility and cost savings of our a la carte menu of hiring services.
Who Is It For?
Guided Search is the best solution for mid-level or virtual assistant searches. It is not recommended for senior-level roles because it does not include the active recruiting of passive candidates, nor does it include a guarantee period. For complex and senior roles, we recommend Retained Search.
What Does It Include?
Your Guided Search Launch fee includes:

> Job posting fees
> All admin and consulting time that falls outside of individually billed services. (A la carte clients pay $95/hr for admin time and $150/hr for consulting time, making Guided Search a smart choice for clients looking for help with the full search cycle.)
> Access to all Hire LAB tools, resources and training materials
Note: all other services such as resume review, phone or video interviews, assessments, reference checks, offer letter construction, and background checks are billed separately
What to Expect
Every successful search starts with a clear plan. In your 45-minute strategy session, we’ll help you clarify exactly what and who you need. Then, we’ll write a custom job ad that speaks to your ideal candidate.
We’ll post your job ad (ZipRecruiter + 100’s of niche sites in the U.S. and Onlinejobs.ph in the Philippines) and review all your applicants. Two or three times per week we’ll send you the top 10% of applicants for your review.
You decide what happens next. You might ask us to:
> Conduct the initial phone interview with your top candidates
> Conduct skill assessments
> Deep dive video interview + DISC
> Reference checks
> Draft the offer letter
