Your Phone Interview
Immediately after submitting your purchase, you will receive an email with the template that you will send to your candidate. This will instruct them on how to schedule their phone interview.
Your Hiring Consultant will notify you when your candidate schedules their interview, and they will follow up with you within one business day with their complete notes and recommendation for the candidate.
**We use a detailed phone interview questionnaire. If you have specific questions that you want us to ask, simply let your Hiring Consultant know.
