Dive deep into your candidate’s skills, background, and behavioral style before you take the time to meet with them one-on-one. The Video Interview Package is the perfect follow-up to the Phone Interview. Or, use our Video Interview Package as a way to get an expert second opinion on a candidate that you already met.
Your Video Interview
First, we will provide you with an email template to invite your candidate to schedule a video interview with your Hiring Consultant. We’ll have you send it to your candidate, and then hand the reins over to us.
Your Hiring Consultant will let you know when your candidate has scheduled their interview. Within one business day of the video interview, you will receive:
- A recording of the video interview with your candidate (approximately 20 - 30 minutes). The interview focuses on career progression, skills, experience, and goals.
- A graded skill assessment. Our hand-graded skill assessment tests writing skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills. If you have a specific skill set that you want to evaluate, we can create a custom test for you. We only charge $40 for this service and you may use the test as many times as you need.
- The DISC Behavioral Assessment
- A detailed analysis of the candidate and feedback from your professional interviewer.
